Howell will lead CNG’s Sales organization, advancing the company’s commercial strategy and growth agenda. His appointment reflects CNG’s continued focus on strong execution, deepening customer partnerships, and building a high-performing commercial organization to support long-term value creation, including advancing innovative, more sustainable material solutions to meet evolving customer demand.

Howell brings more than 20 years of global commercial leadership experience across packaging and manufacturing, with a proven ability to scale organizations, drive growth, and deliver sustained performance.
Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Pretium Europe, where he led a successful business transformation, restoring growth, and delivering double-digit performance. He has also held senior leadership roles in private equity-backed environments, where he built and scaled commercial organizations aligned to growth and value creation.
