Jurimesh has raised €1.6 million in pre-seed funding, led by Syndicate One and joined by several business angels. The investment will help refine its AI-driven due diligence platform and accelerate its European expansion.
Lawyers traditionally spend weeks manually reviewing contracts, cross-checking clauses, and compiling reports, a process that is inefficient and prone to errors. Jurimesh integrates with data rooms, using advanced AI-powered document recognition and Large Language Models to identify risks, suggest recommendations, and generate due diligence reports. By working closely with M&A law firms, the company has proven that due diligence can be faster, more accurate, and far less labor-intensive.

With this investment, Jurimesh plans to:
