CHICAGO, July 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Valtech announces significant leadership appointments to fast-track innovation and value in the Americas. Adam Hasemeyer is being promoted to CEO of the Americas. He’ll be joined by new hires Nischal Kapoor, EVP Growth – Enterprise Transformation, formerly from Accenture, and Nathan Oliver, EVP Head of Business Development, from Plus Company.

Hasemeyer, a 20-year digital veteran, brings deep experience in strategic growth, M&A, and client delivery across the region. Previously Valtech’s Chief Client Officer, he will drive regional alignment to the company’s global growth agenda around AI and experience-led transformation.
The two new growth leaders, who are joining Hasemeyer, bring proven transformation expertise from consulting and marketing. Nischal Kapoor, EVP Growth, previously from Accenture, will focus on driving AI-led transformation from design to build, execution to scale. Nathan Oliver, EVP Head of Business Development, will lead new business efforts in North America, bringing deep expertise in scaling teams, closing complex deals, and driving client-centric transformation.

- Nischal Kapoor, EVP Growth – Enterprise Transformation, joins from Accenture, where he built and lead their modernization practice across the Americas. He partnered with CXOs of G2000 companies to help them leverage AI, Automation and Modernization to transform and rapidly grow their business. During his tenure there, Kapoor also launched their global Private Equity Business Group rapidly growing it to become the preferred value creation partner to their PortCos. Prior to this, he built and led the Cloud Practice at IBM for Financial Services globally. He was also Head of Global Sales at Tech Mahindra.
- Nathan Oliver, EVP Head of Business Development, most recently served as Global Chief Growth Officer at Plus Company, where he unified 27 agencies under a single go-to-market strategy and helped scale the business into one of North America’s top 25 agency networks. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Publicis Group, including senior roles at Publicis Sapient, where he built the global business development community and drove growth across major enterprise accounts.
