As CCO, Sprecher will be responsible for 8020 Consulting’s go-to-market strategy, including brand experience for clients and consultants and geographic expansion.

Most recently an Advisor for 8020, Adam has more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and sales in the talent and consulting industry. With a deep focus on aligning people, purpose, and performance, he has built a reputation for driving meaningful growth by connecting vision to execution—always with a strong emphasis on experience, engagement, and culture. For 17 years, Adam served in senior leadership at Salo, most recently as Chief Growth Officer and, previously, as Managing Director of two different markets. He played a central role in the company’s rapid expansion and cultural evolution. He was instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives that scaled the business while preserving its people-first ethos.
