Since being named President and CEO of S&P Air Control in early 2024, Benroth has led the company through a pivotal transformation, including the divestiture of a portfolio company and successful sale of United Enertech Holdings to Soler & Palau Ventilation Group. Under his leadership, S&P Air Control has executed bold go-to-market strategies and restructured its sales organization to accelerate performance and deliver long-term value.
Benroth brings over two decades of experience in the HVAC and ventilation industry. Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of United Enertech Corporation, where he spearheaded strategic planning initiatives, aligned product and brand portfolios, and cultivated high-impact cross-selling opportunities. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, having visited every facility in the company’s footprint multiple times within a year to foster collaboration, listen to employees, and champion continuous improvement. Throughout his career, Benroth has demonstrated a consistent ability to align teams, drive innovation, and lead organizations through complex transitions.
