Experienced SaaS, operations and EOS leader to support FINBOA’s next stage of growth

As FINBOA expands its technology, client base and strategic partnerships, Danna will work across the organization to strengthen alignment, accountability and execution while helping ensure the company can scale efficiently. In addition to her role as EOS Integrator, Danna serves as VP of Operations with oversight of HR, Compliance, Security and Legal.
As part of this next stage of organizational maturity, FINBOA is formally adopting the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a business operating framework designed to help leadership teams establish a clear vision, strengthen accountability and execute with greater discipline and consistency. This leadership shift points to a maturity phase for FINBOA, providing the reporting structures and measurable scorecards that offer enhanced transparency and confidence to the investor community.
In her role as Integrator, Danna will partner closely with FINBOA Founder and CEO Raj Singal and the company’s leadership team to translate strategic priorities into focused execution. She will lead efforts to establish the operating rhythms, measurable performance indicators and cross-functional accountability required to help FINBOA grow while maintaining the agility and innovation that have defined the company.

Danna brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and operations, with a specialized focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) and agile product development. Her career has spanned the energy and technology sectors, transitioning into a core focus on operations in 2020. She has developed a niche expertise in combining EOS principles with technical development lifecycles to drive efficiency. She is also an EOS Integrator™ Masterclass certificate holder.
