Recently, the tech powerhouse announced newer AI models for sales – Sales Chat and Sales Agent. These agents will be accessible through Copilot and help propel closing rates for sales teams.
Buyers’ patterns are drastically inconsistent. So, sellers wish to understand the influencing factors and the ideal strategies that would provide actual results. But Microsoft’s sales agents could be a revolutionizing force to innovate sales.
