    Highlights

    • Meeting Insights now supports integration with leading CRM systems, allowing seamless transfer of meeting intelligence into CRM records. The first implementations connect Meeting Insights recaps with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • The integration enables CRM records to be updated directly from Meeting Insights through an intuitive, streamlined process.
    • Data captured from meetings held on leading UCaaS platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as well as imported recordings and face-to-face meetings, can be automatically synchronized with the corresponding CRM account, opportunity or lead. This enriches CRM records with detailed meeting information and customer engagement history.
    • The new mobile app client for iOS and Android supports new capabilities such as face-to-face meetings recording and summarization without the need for UCaaS connectivity.
