Seasoned partner-sales veteran brings extensive expertise in global go-to-market strategy to Semperis.

In this role, Purcell will spearhead the enhancement of Semperis’ partner ecosystem, focusing on empowering partners to deliver specialized, impactful solutions for securing and recovering hybrid Active Directory (AD) environments. This year, Semperis will roll out increased technical enablement initiatives and practice frameworks designed to provide immediate value to customers as partners address critical identity security challenges.

Purcell brings more than 20 years of experience to Semperis, having held various senior leadership positions crafting strategies, developing partnerships, and executing global go-to-market models. Prior to Semperis, he was with Cradlepoint (part of Ericsson), where he was Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales. Purcell joined Cradlepoint to build out their global go-to-market strategy, focusing on expanding reach, delivering differentiated solutions, and helping customers transform their business.
Before Cradlepoint, Purcell led a high-performing accelerator team at Box prior to their successful IPO. Earlier, he had a successful career at Cisco. As Director of Americas Partner Sales, he led the organization and was responsible for the business and technical practices of Cisco’s security, wireless, and core networking solutions. Purcell holds a Master of Applied Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
