Veteran cybersecurity executive to expand Semperis’ public sector presence and partner ecosystem as government agencies harden identity defenses.
HOBOKEN, N.J., Aug. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Semperis, a provider of AI-powered identity-security and cyber resilience, today announced the appointment of Randall Belknap as head of U.S. Federal Sales. A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in federal enterprise software sales, Belknap will lead Semperis’ public sector go-to-market strategy, drive strategic growth in U.S. federal accounts, and oversee the expansion of the company’s federal partner network and channel distribution initiatives.
Belknap joins Semperis following successful federal sales leadership roles at Checkmarx, HPE, Micro Focus, and Oracle. At Checkmarx, he built and led the U.S. federal sales division, helping to drive significant adoption of application security solutions across civilian and defense agencies. He has also played a vital role in helping multiple cybersecurity companies navigate the complex process of achieving FedRAMP certification and scaling federal operations.
