AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 10, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) (SSE: ALIV.sdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 66 cents for the second quarter of 2023.
The dividend will be payable on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 to Autoliv shareholders of record on the close of business on Thursday, May 25. The ex-date will be Wednesday, May 24, for holders of common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
