(NYSE: QUAD) (“Quad” or the “Company”), a marketing experience company that solves complex marketing challenges for its clients, announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 33% increase in the quarterly dividend of the Company’s common stock from $0.075 per share, or $0.30 per share on an annualized basis, to $0.10 per share, or $0.40 per share on an annualized basis.
The Company also announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock at the increased amount of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2026.
